4. SMS/Text Messaging (TCPA Compliance)
If you provide your phone number and consent, you agree to receive SMS messages including appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, project notifications, and promotional messages if opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and maintain records of consent.

5. BIPA Compliance
Koch Konstruction does not collect biometric identifiers. If such data were ever collected, it would be handled in full compliance with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal, warranty, tax, and contractual purposes.
